Instructor Training is owned and run by Paul Czyba.

Paul has worked in the driving training sector for over 16 years as both an instructor and ADI trainer.

During his long career, Paul was an Instructor Trainer at BSM where he trained a huge number of potential instructors.

As well as being one of a few independent ORDIT trainers in the UK, Paul has also achieved ROSPA gold standard.

In 2006, Paul featured in the Conquer Your Part 3 training DVD and will shortly be releasing his own video aimed at driving instructors.

Paul has made regular guest speaker contributions to BBC Radio Swindon on driving related issues
